Samet Başıbüyük graduated from Gaziantep University Faculty of Law in 2020. Since his student years, he has been actively involved in various international projects as both a participant and manager in countries such as Wales, United Kingdom, Germany and Greece. In February 2020, Samet Başıbüyük completed his observation internship at GÜN Partners, one of Turkey’s leading law firms, and then successfully completed his legal internship and established Başıbüyük Law Firm and started to work as a founding partner.

Başıbüyük, who is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Finance at Yıldırım Beyazıt University, mainly works in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Contracts Law and actively represents many companies in these fields.

Cengiz Umut Tunalı graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2017. After graduating from the university, he studied English at Hilderstone College in Broadstairs, England for 6 months. She then returned to Turkey and completed her legal internship in Gebze and after obtaining her license as a lawyer, she went to England again between 2019-2020. She completed her master’s degree in International Trade and Competition Law at the University of East Anglia in Norwich and wrote her master’s thesis on “The Impact of Big Data on Competition in Mergers and Acquisitions”.

Tunalı works mainly in the areas of Competition Law, Contract Law and Labor Law and represents companies in these areas.

Hanife Türkben Başıbüyük graduated from Gaziantep University Faculty of Law in 2020. Since her student years, she has been actively involved in various international projects as both a participant and manager in countries such as Wales, United Kingdom, Germany and Greece. In February 2020, she completed her observation internship at GÜN Partners, one of the leading law firms in Turkey, and then started her master’s program in Human Rights at Dokuz Eylül University.

Türkben Başıbüyük, who joined Başıbüyük Law Office after successfully completing her legal internship, mainly works in the fields of Labor and Social Security Law, Real Estate and Construction Law and represents many clients in these fields.

Av. Dilek Hazal Tunalı completed her education at Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2018 and completed her legal internship at Ekşi Law Office affiliated to Istanbul Bar Association in 2019 and started to operate as a freelance lawyer by obtaining her attorney’s license in 2020. Her areas of practice are Law of Obligations and Labor Law.
